The company obtained Environmental Approval (C) No. 667 dated March 30, 2016, along with Expansion Approval No. 3011 dated March 30, 2020, authorizing the transportation of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste across Egypt. It is also licensed by the Industrial Control Authority (License No. 37) for the transportation of hazardous waste and materials. Additionally, El Samy Group holds Waste Management Regulatory Authority License No. 68 for collecting and transporting hazardous waste, and License No. 52 for non-hazardous waste. The company is registered with the General Petroleum Authority under No. 56, and has obtained License No. 72 of 2023 to practice insect and pest control activities. These credentials reflect El Samy Group’s leading role in the field of environmental services and sustainable waste management.
